Zebra Group Sustainable Procurement Policy

1. Compliance with Laws, Corporate Ethics, and Fair Trade

The Zebra Group positions compliance with applicable laws and corporate ethics as the foundation of its business activities and promotes procurement practices that are sincere, transparent, and fair. Based on internationally recognized principles of fair competition, the Group does not engage in anti-competitive practices such as the abuse of superior bargaining position, collusion, or other conduct that restricts fair competition.

２． Respect for Human Rights

In accordance with the Zebra Group Human Rights Policy, the Group respects human rights throughout its entire supply chain. The Group seeks to eliminate forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking from its business activities and supply chain, and gives due consideration and takes appropriate measures to ensure that neither the Group nor its suppliers are complicit in such practices.

３．Occupational Health and Safety

The Group places the highest priority on the physical and psychological safety of all individuals involved in its business activities and conducts procurement activities in compliance with applicable occupational health and safety laws and internationally recognized guidelines. The Group promotes the prevention of occupational accidents, the establishment of effective health and safety management systems, and the implementation of education and training programs.

４．Quality and Safety of Products and Services

The Group places importance on three key elements－quality improvement, cost performance, and delivery reliability－and conducts transparent evaluations and selection of business partners. The Group provides products and services that meet its quality and safety standards. The Group gives due consideration to the management of raw materials and chemical substances and complies with applicable laws and regulations. In the event that defective products or safety risks are identified, the Group takes prompt corrective actions.

５．Environmental Consideration

The Group complies with environmental laws and regulations. The Group engages in procurement activities that contribute to the reduction of environmental impact arising from its business activities. The Group endeavors to prioritize procurement (Green Procurement)

from suppliers that actively address environmental considerations and to utilize materials with lower environmental impact.

６．Information Management

The Group appropriately manages and protects confidential information and personal data obtained in the course of business transactions. To prevent information leakage and unauthorized access, the Group establishes internal rules, regulations, and management systems, and provides education and training to its employees. The Group implements appropriate technical and physical security measures.
